Photo & Signature Resizer for Online Forms

Prepare a photo or signature for application portals using the dimensions and file-size limit shown by the receiving website. Choose a tool below and process the image in your browser.

Resize image by KB

Useful when a portal gives a maximum image file-size requirement.

How to prepare a photo or signature for an online form

  1. Read the official form instructions and note the required format, dimensions and maximum file size.
  2. Choose the matching GetFormDone tool above.
  3. Resize or compress the image, then check the downloaded file before uploading it to the official portal.

File size and dimensions are different

Dimensions describe image width and height in pixels. File size is the amount of storage used by the JPG or PNG, usually shown in KB. An application may specify one or both, so match every requirement it provides.

Passport-style photos

Photo requirements can differ by country, authority and application. GetFormDone does not treat one dimension as a universal passport standard. Use the current measurements supplied by the receiving authority and enter those values in the Passport Photo Resizer.

Should I resize or compress?

Resize when pixel dimensions must change. Compress when the main requirement is a smaller file size. Some portals require both.

Are my images uploaded?
